Exercise
• Tai Chi- Provides gentle exercise to improve balance and coordination. Tuesdays at 1:15 PM in the mini-gym. Free will offering. • Return to top Blood Pressure/Blood Sugar testing – these are opportunities for the worshipping community to be checked on the second Sunday of each month from 9-11AM. Contact Morris Gladstone at 586.463.9562 Flu Shots/Health Fairs – are provided seasonally to the whole congregation and also to the community. Red Cross Blood Drives – Six times each year (January, February, May, September, November or December), the American Red Cross uses our facilities as a blood donation center. Specific Health Screenings -Contact Adele Hartop ahartop@trinityct.org at 586.463.2921 x111 for current offerings. Heart Health Support Meets on the first Friday of each month from October, 2010 through March, 2011from 1-2:30 in the Community Center. Note the only exception is in October which will be the second Friday. The purpose is to support one another through encouragement and education provided by health care professionals for the optimal enhancement/management and enjoyment of one’s life while living with a chronic heart or other long term health condition.
