Sunday Morning Opportunities
Each Sunday morning at 9:30 AM we offer a “Christian Education” hour for children, youth and adults. Adults may choose from a variety of studies based on God’s Word and life application. Classes are led by church staff and other trained leaders. Formats vary from large group lecture style to small group discussion.
“HISTORY OF CHRISTIANITY” – Ever wonder what happened to the newly forming Christian religion after the executions of Saints Paul and Peter? How were the great doctrines of the Church formed? Curious about the events leading up to the Reformation? Take a glimpse in this 3-session video based series. Starts Sunday, September 12th, 9:30 a.m. Location: Church Lounge. Leader: David Brown
"FOR ALL THE WORLD TO SEE" - In this one session class, you’ll hear - and be blessed by three unchurched people describe their relationships with the Christians who became their friends. As a result, you’ll get a glimpse of the ways God is at work in your relationships and see ways in which your reflect Jesus in the course of daily living. Discussion follows the 35 minute DVD. "FATEFUL OR FAITHFUL ATTRACTION? " A special congregation-wide Fall “spiritual focus”. Our human struggle against sin is like a tug-of-war between the pull of human desires and godly actions. Join us for this 8-week series dealing with the "seven deadly sins". Discover the power by the Holy Spirit through God's Word to find healing from sin and victory over sin and its effects.
